Meet Kaito. He's spent countless years in solitude training in the corners of space trying to attain the super saiyan level. His drive comes from the news of both Goku and Vegeta both achieving this form and ascending beyond, determined to match a power or better yet surpass those who claim they are stronger than he is, he strives with un-measurable determination and will to achieve the state he is here. Not quite the typical "Super Saiyan II" but more an uncontainable "Super Saiyan I". The idea came from watching bleach where Ichigo is fighting menos' grande' and they mention that ichigo's power is like a tap left running at full pressure, completely uncontrollable, it's a similar concept here, while he is capable of so much more he is unaware of how to gain that power.

Personality: Slightly overconfident and always looking for good competition in a fight.
